What is Visitaarte?

It is an online art platform that seeks to bring its works and collections to the public and collectors, where artists from different generations and disciplines converge with the same idea; artistic creations to be collected, all exclusively in the Visitaarte shop. It is committed to contemporary Spanish artists or those who produce in Spain, with the mission of defending and supporting the creative potential that exists in Spain.

Can I track my order?

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. Any inquiry, please contact us at hola@visitaarte.com.

Payment methods

Our payment methods include secured payment via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Will the artwork include the Artist's Signature?

All artworks are delivered signed by the artist and you will always receive a Certificate of Authenticity with the artist's signature and an exact description of the piece. it is most likely that the artist signs the artwork on the back.

If you have a special request, when completing the checkout in the dedicatory block you can add who you want the artist to dedicate the artwork to or any details you want us to specify to the artist directly.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world through specialized couriers. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We ship worldwide via FEDEX. If your city destination it is nor currently in our covered areas, please contact us at hola@visitaarte.com.

What is delivery time?

The artwork usually ships within 11-15 business days, delivery time will vary depending on country of origin and destination. A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

I have received the artwork damaged work, what can I do?

In the event that the artwork is received in bad conditions, the buyer must send a photo and a description within 24 hours after receiving the shipment, to the email address hola@visitaarte.com. Claims that are received after the period of 24 hours from the receipt will not be accepted.
